CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES 

For non-standard hatch cover requirements, we provide full-size customization services:

• Bore Diameter Range: 50–500+ mm (supports multiple installation methods such as eye-type and flange-type)
• Material Options: Carbon steel + chrome plating, stainless steel + chrome plating, alloy steel + laser cladding, etc.
• Sealing Configuration: Adopts seals from internationally renowned brands including NOK, SKF, PARKER, MERKEL, TECHNOLAN, and KASTAS, ensuring long-term sealing performance, stability, and anti-aging properties.
• Customization Process: Based on the hatch cover drawings or original cylinder parameters provided by the customer, design and production can be completed within 3-14 days. Detailed manufacturing drawings will be submitted to the customer for confirmation before production.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES AND QUALITY ASSURANCE 

• High-Precision Manufacturing: Processed using equipment such as CNC slant-bed lathes, CNC deep-hole compound boring machines, and CNC honing machines. Each cylinder undergoes a 1.5-times working pressure test + pressure holding test. If the cylinder is equipped with a control valve group, pressure and flow settings for the valve group can be completed simultaneously.
• Strong Corrosion Resistance: After overall shot blasting for rust removal, marine-specific anti-corrosion paint is applied to adapt to harsh marine environments.
• After-Sales Support: A 1-year quality warranty is provided. In case of quality issues, free replacement is offered.
