- Bore Size Range: 50–500+ mm (supports multiple installation styles, including eye-type and flange-type).
- Material Choices: Options include carbon steel with chrome plating, stainless steel with chrome plating, and alloy steel with laser cladding.
- Seal Setup: We use seals from internationally renowned brands such as NOK, SKF, PARKER, MERKEL, TECHNOLAN, and KASTAS—ensuring long-term sealing performance, stability, and anti-aging properties.
- Custom Workflow: Based on hatch cover drawings or original cylinder parameters provided by the customer, we finish design and production within 3–14 days. Detailed manufacturing drawings are submitted to the customer for confirmation before production starts.

- Precision-Engineered Production: Manufactured using advanced equipment like CNC slant-bed lathes, CNC deep-hole compound boring machines, and CNC honing machines. Every cylinder undergoes a 1.5× working pressure test plus a pressure holding test. For cylinders fitted with a control valve group, we synchronously complete pressure and flow settings for the valve group.
- Superior Corrosion Resistance: The entire cylinder is treated with shot blasting to remove rust, then coated with marine-specific anti-corrosion paint—making it well-suited for harsh ocean environments.
