Each cylinder undergoes a 1.5-times working pressure test and a pressure holding test. For cylinders with a control valve group, the valve group’s pressure and flow settings are adjusted at the same time.

CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES
For non-standard hatch cover needs, we provide full-size customization services:
- Bore Diameter Range: 50–500+ mm (supports multiple installation methods, including eye-type and flange-type).
- Material Choices: Carbon steel with chrome plating, stainless steel with chrome plating, alloy steel with laser cladding, etc.
- Sealing Setup: Uses seals from internationally renowned brands (NOK, SKF, PARKER, MERKEL, TECHNOLAN, KASTAS) to ensure long-term sealing performance, stability, and anti-aging properties.
- Customization Workflow: Based on customer-provided hatch cover drawings or original cylinder parameters, design and production are completed within 3–14 days. Detailed manufacturing drawings are submitted to the customer for confirmation before production.
