Each cylinder passes a 1.5-times working pressure test and a pressure holding test. For cylinders equipped with a control valve group, pressure and flow settings for the valve group are finalized simultaneously.​

• Strong Corrosion Resistance: After overall shot blasting for rust removal, the cylinder is painted with marine-specific anti-corrosion paint—adapting to the harsh conditions of marine environments.​

For non-standard hatch cover requirements, we offer comprehensive full-size customization:​

• Bore Diameter Range: 50–500+ mm (supports installation styles like eye-type and flange-type).​

• Material Options: Carbon steel + chrome plating, stainless steel + chrome plating, alloy steel + laser cladding, etc.—chosen for optimal marine performance.​

• Sealing Configuration: Adopts seals from global top brands (NOK, SKF, PARKER, MERKEL, TECHNOLAN, KASTAS) to ensure long-lasting sealing, stability, and anti-aging properties.​

• Custom Process: Using customer-provided hatch cover drawings or original cylinder parameters, we complete design and production within 3–14 days. Before production starts, detailed manufacturing drawings are sent to the customer for confirmation.​
